Voip Telecom International Announced Free Long Distance for Denver Hotel
VTI Expands Its Products Offerings to Include Hotel Industry

STAFFORD, Virginia – March 15, 2002 – Voip Telecom International announced free long distance for Staybridge Suites® hotel guests in Denver, CO. No charge service may represent a dramatic change for the hotel industry. The business model the hotel industry has held onto regarding long distance phone charges is out of date. Today's hotel guests typically carry cell phones or use calling cards and are willing to dial access numbers and PIN numbers to avoid pricey, hotel long distance surcharges. Hotel guests are rarely happy when reviewing long distance phone charges at checkout. Guests have had overwhelmingly positive responses to this new service. According to Michael Cahill, president of Hospitality Real Estate Counselors, Inc., "The ability of an operator to provide hotel guests complimentary long distance phone service is a significant competitive marketing advantage. As phone revenue and profit has been typically declining in most hotels, providing it as a complimentary amenity has the potential to differentiate Staybridge in the highly competitive Denver marketplace."

About Voip Telecom International

Voip Telecom International (VTI) is a next generation digital telecommunications company focused on the deployment of worldwide digital, voice as well as data communications, via fiber optic, VoIP, satellite and public switched networks. The company's strategic vision is to become a leader in converging conductivity solutions by building a major consortium of the highest quality VoIP entities, to obtain a significant market share of international long distance traffic to Europe and Asia.

VTI's strategic objective is to market maintainable toll quality long distance service for a flat monthly rate utilizing Internet Protocol (VoIP) technology. VTI commenced its marketing efforts in May 1999, and its prospective customers include small and large businesses and residential users, and resellers (customers who purchase the service at a reduced price and market it). VTI's nationwide network provides high quality, easy-to-use Internet-based long distance telecommunications service offering unlimited use for a flat monthly rate. The technologies employed by the company allow its customers to make telephone-to-telephone calls using simple, fast call placement with their existing telephone equipment - no computer equipment is required.

The market for Internet telephony services is expected to be extremely competitive. VTI expects to compete with other companies. In addition, a number of large, well capitalized companies such as AT&T, MCI, Sprint, LDDS/WorldCom, Excel, Qwest, Cisco, Intel, Lucent, Nortel, and Dialogic have announced their intentions to offer a variety of services that are expected to facilitate communications over the Internet.
